This is a super simple, easy to prepare dessert. Perfect for summer – and easily adaptable to your favorite flavors! Experiment away!
Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust (9”)
1 lb strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar (can use more or less to taste)
1 tub non-dairy whipped topping (8oz)
After washing the berries, cut into pieces in a large bowl
Sprinkle on the sugar and stir to coat the berries
Place the tub of whipped topping on the counter to thaw slightly
After the berries have released their juices (I let sit for an hour), mash slightly with a potato masher and then add the whipped topping and stir to combine
Add the mixture to the pie crust and freeze at least 4 hours
Slice, serve and enjoy!
